Under the rumpled hands of heavy snow, New York finds a rare quiet. Our last nor’easter was a nighttime proposition, seen above in a few frames from lower Brooklyn Heights.

Looks like SOMEBODY’S enjoying his new camera :-)
Actually these are film, from the old camera. Gotcha! The ones in the next entry down are from the new digital machine; I just got the roll from the last nor’easter back, though, and with snow all around I figured it was a timely time for them.
One of these days I’ll get my Gates pictures wrassled into shape for posting. Those are also film, though it would have been perfect fodder for the digital.
Linus…YIPPEE! Sharing the love with my REAL buddies, (not just virtual!) Now that we are linked, I’ll be stopping by more ofthen. great pix by the way! xo Deni
Hey, great to see you here, Deni! I ran into your blog via a comment on This Fish, and was glad to see you out there blogging.
Glad you like the photos. I’ll like ‘em even more once they stop being about snow (I have one more set of morning-after nor’easter shots to post — hmm, I’ve had relationships that could be described the same way — and then I’m officially ready for spring).
